average tuh bukan nak tgk beginner ke amature ke..kalau turun bukit sepanjang jalan xkayuh dapat sampii 45km.h..naik bukit sikit jek..nak kira cemana?mesti tggi average tuh..kalau jalan rata boleh lah tgk average...
